Senior Litigation Specialist - Coastal Restoration

Location: Remote within the United States; Louisiana, San Diego, Sacramento, Los Angeles, or nationwide US

What you will do

• Provide senior-level coastal restoration expertise and direction across project design, planning, and execution.
• Support expert witness testimony in federal and state proceedings involving coastal processes and restoration.
• Review and approve technical reports, plans, regulatory submissions, expert reports, rebuttal documents, and technical memoranda.
• Integrate coastal restoration expertise across environmental, engineering, and regulatory service lines.
• Lead business development through proposals, scope development, client presentations, strategic partnerships, and large pursuits.
• Mentor junior and intermediate staff and foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, hydrology, geology, coastal science, environmental science, ecology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in environmental consulting and A/E/C, with a focus on coastal restoration.
• Demonstrated experience providing litigation support on environmental cases.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and other business software.
• Professionalism, integrity, ethical conduct, and commitment to environmental sustainability.
