Plumbing Design Technician

Location: Cincinnati, OH 45241, United States; hybrid with 2 days on-site and 3 days remote

Salary: $38–$43 per hour; the posting header also lists $79,000–$83,200.

What you will do

• Develop detailed plumbing designs for domestic hot and cold water, waste and vent, and stormwater systems.
• Create and maintain plumbing models and design documentation in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate plumbing designs with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and other engineering disciplines.
• Participate in design coordination, clash detection, clash resolution, and constructability support.
• Review and respond to RFIs and shop drawings while supporting construction activities.
• Visit project sites occasionally to document existing plumbing conditions and assist with construction-related work.

Requirements

• Experienced plumbing design professional capable of developing detailed plumbing systems.
• Experience with Revit and AutoCAD for plumbing modeling and documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule with 2 days on-site in Cincinnati and 3 days remote.
