Location: Honolulu, 96819; the role is based primarily in the Pacific Northwest and includes travel for production, destination shoots, events, and creator collaborations.

What you will do

• Shoot and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Turn creative briefs into finished, ready-to-publish video assets independently.
• Manage camera equipment, shot lists, field logistics, and production execution.
• Optimize visual style, pacing, aspect ratios, and editing techniques for each platform.
• Capture content across the Pacific Northwest and during occasional destination shoots, events, and creator collaborations.
• Collaborate with social, influencer, and creative teams on set and in the field.

Requirements

• Portfolio or reel combining fast-paced, trend-driven social content with premium video productions.
• Strong camera operation fundamentals, including composition, lighting, and clean audio.
• Ability to shoot independently or with a small crew.
• Professional editing experience with Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to work independently from loose direction and manage on-set or field production logistics.
• Comfort with occasional travel for remote shoots and events.

Nice to have

• Professional photography experience.
• Motion graphics or audio design capabilities.
