Digital Content Creator (Video, Motion & Graphic Design)

Location: United States; fully remote

Salary: $100,000–$135,000 annual base pay, depending on location, qualifications, budget, and other business factors. Annual bonuses and long-term incentives may also apply.

What you will do

• Own video projects from recording and editing through post-production and delivery.
• Create motion graphics, animations, social media graphics, advertising variants, event materials, web visuals, and presentation decks.
• Repurpose webinars, interviews, and long-form video into social clips, YouTube Shorts, and carousel-style assets.
• Translate technical concepts and creative briefs into clear visual storytelling aligned with brand standards.
• Manage creative requests, timelines, priorities, and workloads in Asana.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders while managing multiple projects and maintaining quality and consistency.

Requirements

• Professional experience across video production, motion design, and graphic design, demonstrated through a portfolio or showreel.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Hands-on experience with Asana and Riverside or comparable remote recording platforms.
• Strong knowledge of video editing, pacing, timing, storytelling, composition, animation, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating visual content for B2B digital channels including LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and live events.
• Ability to independently turn ambiguous briefs into polished deliverables while managing priorities and deadlines.
