A&T Technician II - 2nd Shift

Location: Onsite in Buffalo, NY / East Aurora, NY; 2nd shift, 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.

Salary: $25.00–$32.00 per hour, plus a 10% second-shift differential.

What you will do

• Perform precision assembly of complex systems using hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, fixtures, tooling, and gauges.
• Set up and conduct hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical operational tests on finished products.
• Use mechanical and electronic measuring equipment to validate product acceptance against current test requirements.
• Diagnose and communicate common test failures and support product rework when necessary.
• Verify product setup and testing against current revision requirements and report abnormal conditions to the supervisor.
• Coordinate tasks and share expertise with the team to achieve production goals.

Requirements

• Assembly, mechanical, and/or electrical experience; manufacturing experience is beneficial.
• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical components and test failures.
• Ability to follow written and oral assembly instructions and perform basic arithmetic.
• Basic skills with Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to use and maintain an ERP system for recording product builds, serial numbers, and material usage.
• Ability to understand verbal, written, and computer work instructions or training in English. Strict adherence to EHS and safety procedures is required.
