Senior Product Manager - AI Infrastructure as a Service

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work model with up to 20 days per year of fully remote work from other locations.

What you will do

• Define and scale a sovereign GPU as a Service proposition for midmarket customers.
• Develop the portfolio strategy, investment case, capacity packaging, consumption models, and pricing.
• Own the roadmap from bare-metal and virtualised GPU capacity to inference, training, model hosting, and MLOps services.
• Drive go-to-market alignment, reference architectures, customer proof points, case studies, and revenue growth.
• Manage relationships with GPU and silicon vendors, sovereign platform providers, and ISVs.
• Coordinate internal and external communications and act as a thought leader for sovereign AI infrastructure.

Requirements

• Experience in a comparable product management role in telecommunications, cloud, or IT infrastructure.
• Understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, including GPU compute, inference, training workloads, model hosting, and MLOps.
• Knowledge of cloud and sovereign cloud principles, including EU data residency, operational sovereignty, and jurisdictional control.
• Experience with midmarket customers, customer-facing stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership in matrix organisations.
• Strong commercial and business-case development skills, including consumption-based pricing.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, make decisions independently, and deliver under tight timelines.
