Location: Hybrid role based in New York, Boston, Washington, D.C., or Toronto
Salary: $180,000–$280,000 annually, plus benefits

What you will do
- Help grow the Technical Due Diligence practice in North America, identifying opportunities and supporting revenue growth.
- Lead technical due diligence for transport, energy, and social infrastructure assets, including site visits and asset condition assessments.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams, external specialists, and complex workstreams across geographies, languages, and time zones.
- Assess contractual, construction, operational, lifecycle, CAPEX, and OPEX risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Translate technical findings into client-ready reports and actionable insights for investors, lenders, concessionaires, and other stakeholders.
- Build client relationships, lead proposals, and expand services into new asset types and geographies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of infrastructure, design, construction, operations, or maintenance experience, with 4+ years in an advisory firm considered an advantage.
- Proven experience in technical due diligence and transaction advisory for lenders, investors, and sponsors.
- Knowledge of North American PPP models, project finance, M&A, and technical and commercial risk assessment.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex workstreams under tight transaction timelines.
- Excellent English communication and report-writing skills are required. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is expected.

- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Fluent speaking ability in an additional language such as Spanish, Portuguese, French, or German.
