VP, Finance – UK & Europe

What you will do

• Lead finance operations across the UK and Europe, including payroll, commission governance, billing, supplier payments, and financial controls.
• Partner with Sales and Sales Operations on commission calculations, billing terms, deal financial treatment, and quote-to-cash optimization.
• Lead regional planning, budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and commercial analysis in partnership with global Finance and regional leadership.
• Oversee banking relationships, treasury management, insurance governance, business continuity, and approval authority.
• Lead statutory compliance, legal-entity governance, external audits, risk management, and Audit Committee reporting.
• Partner with Legal, Tax, People & Culture, Operations, and executive leadership on compliance, controls, and strategic financial decisions.

Requirements

• Senior finance leadership experience covering finance, treasury, statutory compliance, and audit in a multi-entity or international organization.
• Experience leading finance operations, payroll governance, billing, and internal control frameworks.
• Experience with commission governance and revenue-linked billing in a B2B or technology sales organization.
• Strong knowledge of UK corporate governance, statutory compliance, and treasury and banking requirements, with European jurisdiction experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with Legal, Tax, People & Culture, Operations, and executive leadership.
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification required.
