What you will do

• Build and execute daily UK finance operations, including treasury, safeguarding accounts, and daily reconciliations.
• Ensure strict FCA compliance and act as the local liaison for auditors and regulators.
• Prepare statutory reports and adapt Group finance processes to the UK entity.
• Handle local budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support the broader company strategy.
• Manage financial risks related to liquidity and foreign exchange.
• Collaborate with the Swedish HQ and local compliance teams to ensure AML and risk standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred).
• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in a senior finance role within a regulated fintech or financial services environment.
• Deep understanding of e-money and payment services regulations, specifically safeguarding and FCA compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience with ERP software systems.
• Must be based in London, UK to perform local regulatory and operational duties.
