What you will do

• Lead the finance function across FP&A, accounting, reporting, treasury, controls, compliance, and investor relations.
• Own and improve financial models for forecasting, M&A evaluation, financing analysis, scenario planning, and executive decision-making.
• Drive annual budgeting, reforecasting, revenue planning, management reporting, personnel and non-personnel budgets, commissions accruals, opex, and capex planning.
• Oversee cash forecasting, liquidity planning, banking relationships, payment controls, debt facilities, covenant reporting, FX exposure, and capital structure analysis.
• Ensure close, consolidation, audit readiness, statutory compliance, accounting policy application, transfer pricing coordination, investor reporting, and finance automation governance.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of enterprise FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, scenario planning, revenue planning, cash-flow modelling, and investment analysis.
• Expertise in capital structure, financing instruments, liquidity planning, banking relationships, debt facilities, covenants, FX exposure, and cash controls.
• Knowledge of global accounting standards, revenue recognition, consolidation, intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, and financial controls across jurisdictions.
• Experience structuring finance teams, processes, systems, workflows, access controls, documentation, and operating cadences.
• Experience with finance systems, workflow automation, AI-enabled tooling, agentic processes, and data flows across financial operations.
• Ability to lead a finance team and advise senior executives on forecasting, liquidity, financing, investment decisions, growth planning, and M&A.
