Customer Experience Banker (Beaverton, MI)

Location: Beaverton, Michigan, United States; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What you will do

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend suitable deposit and banking products.
• Grow consumer and business relationships through structured sales, follow-up, outbound calling, and referrals.
• Educate customers and refer them to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, balance daily, and follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or relevant military experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated skills in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash-handling experience.
• Comfort using mobile and online banking services.
