Program Manager II/Senior, ADCS Components (Aerospace)

Location: Toronto, Canada; fully in-person in the office 5 days a week

Salary: CAD 95,000–155,000 base per year, plus potential stock or cash incentives

What you will do

• Lead program management and serve as the customer interface for ADCS component programs involving production units, NRE services, or both.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Operations, Finance, and executive stakeholders to prepare plans, forecasts, and customer responses.
• Plan production operations across yearly, quarterly, monthly, and weekly horizons, incorporating customer constraints and requirements.
• Track production, inventory, procurement, shipping, nonconformance reports, and delivery risks against customer need dates and revenue targets.
• Manage customer onboarding, order intake, communications, post-delivery support, RMAs, and export permit applications for international orders.
• Monitor pipeline opportunities and develop existing customer relationships to support additional business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or another technical discipline.
• At least 2 years of aerospace or defense contractor experience for Program Manager II, 5+ years for Senior Program Manager I, or 8+ years for Senior Program Manager II.
• Technical knowledge of satellite ADCS systems, particularly reaction wheels and star trackers.
• Knowledge of satellite hardware customer requirements, technical solutions, schedules, and costs at the level appropriate to the role.
• Experience supporting or managing spacecraft component manufacturing processes, including multiple high-value processes at the Senior Program Manager II level.
• Availability outside normal business hours or on weekends as required by programs and customer time zones.

Nice to have

• Master’s or PhD in aerospace engineering, a related engineering field, or business.
• Experience designing or manufacturing reaction wheels or star trackers.
• Program or engineering management experience with satellite ADCS products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including MS Project.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams on fast-paced projects.
