Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) Development Program Analyst/Associate – Agency Finance

Location: In-office in Dallas, Texas. Following successful completion of the development program, placement opportunities may occur in Dallas, Texas or Calabasas, California.

What you will do

• Support core Agency Finance activities, including deal, sales, process, and internal project support.
• Apply knowledge from the development program to drive business results and support internal and external customers.
• Explore multifamily finance through Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac Optigo, and FHA lending platforms.
• Support construction, bridge, permanent, and balance-sheet financing solutions.
• Participate in formal training, mentoring, job shadowing, networking, and community outreach.
• Provide responsive service, take accountability, and help resolve customer issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2.
• Recent university or college graduate with little or no professional experience and relevant skills.
• Preferred majors include Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, and related fields.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking, attention to detail, business acumen, communication, adaptability, and project management skills.
