What you will do

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Identify consumer and business customer goals and recommend suitable deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Grow and retain customer relationships through appointments, referrals, follow-up programs, and internal partnerships.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products, services, technology, and policies.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, retail, business-to-business sales, or a qualifying military administration role.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products, consumer lending, business banking, and investments is preferred.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Additional background checks and fingerprinting may be required under NMLS regulations.
