Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager (Native American Banking and Gaming)

Location: Fully onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States

Salary: $103,000–$185,000 per year, with potential performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Underwrite, monitor, and manage a commercial loan portfolio exceeding $500 million.
• Analyze financial data, cash flow, collateral, and borrowing capacity to evaluate loan requests and make formal recommendations.
• Partner with Native American Banking Relationship Managers as a client liaison to Credit Administration, Commercial support staff, and internal business partners.
• Maintain portfolio administration, risk ratings, credit quality, and compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Meet with customers, assess their needs, expand existing relationships, and cross-sell relevant bank products and services.
• Monitor repayments and financial condition, conduct due diligence, and take action on past-due accounts.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of relevant commercial lending experience or experience as a Commercial Credit Underwriter or Commercial Relationship Manager.
• Strong knowledge of commercial underwriting, credit monitoring, portfolio management, lending policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Ability to risk-rate loans and evaluate both cash-flow and collateral-based credit.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, relationship management, business development, sales, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related software.
• Ability to work fully onsite at the posted Las Vegas location; frequent travel is required.

• Experience coaching, mentoring, training, or presenting to small and large audiences.
• Subject matter expertise in commercial banking regulations and compliance.
