Data Scientist Adobe (Generative AI)

Location: Remote/Homebased in the United States; primary location in New York, New York, with an additional homebased location in Conway.

What you will do

• Develop and improve scalable data products using statistical modeling, machine learning, optimization, and Generative AI.
• Build data pipelines, prepare structured and unstructured data, train models, and perform advanced statistical analysis.
• Evaluate and optimize models using hyperparameter tuning, learning-rate adjustment, and model diagnostics.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define insight goals, learning agendas, KPIs, data sources, and implementation requirements.
• Transition development projects into production systems with Product and Engineering teams.
• Present complex analytical findings to marketing and business audiences and mentor data scientists.

Requirements

• Expert-level experience with Adobe analytics tools, including Adobe Journey Analytics, and SaaS tools such as Databricks and R.
• Strong knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, deep learning, SVM, decision trees, clustering, regression, and dimensionality reduction.
• Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, APIs, Excel, LLMs, and Power Automate, with exposure to Spark or PySpark.
• Experience applying data science and statistics to large datasets and deploying machine learning models in business environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree in a quantitative field with relevant experience.
• Must be based in the United States for the remote/homebased role.
