Supervisor, Research (Shift 2)

Location: On-site in Santa Ana, California, United States, working the second shift.

Salary: $69,000–$75,000 per year.

What you will do

• Supervise department staffing, training, scheduling, and daily work priorities.
• Monitor productivity, assign tasks, and develop production goals.
• Build team structure and morale while developing employee skills.
• Resolve departmental issues, improve procedures, and minimize errors.
• Ensure team members use appropriate resources to identify collectibles and maintain acceptable service levels.
• Coordinate communication with internal customers and other departments while enforcing company safety, attendance, and security policies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in fulfillment, manufacturing, or a related environment.
• 2+ years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, planning, organization, and project management skills.
• Experience leading change, motivating teams, multitasking, and solving problems in a fast-paced, high-accuracy environment.
• Knowledge of trading cards, tickets, and other sports and non-sports collectibles, including PSA authentication and grading standards.
