What you will do
- Define the visual language for 's website, product launches, campaigns, and other high-visibility surfaces.
- Design hero animations, launch visuals, event environments, and campaign assets for developer audiences.
- Carry concepts from initial idea through production alongside engineers who implement designs in code.
- Establish typography, motion, and visual detail standards across the brand.
- Work across web, motion, illustration, 3D, environmental and event design, and brand identity.
- Build reusable visual systems and patterns that scale across launches, pages, and channels.
Requirements
- 5+ years of design experience and a portfolio spanning brand systems and multiple digital and physical mediums, including shipped web work.
- Strong hands-on range across motion, 3D, illustration, environmental design, event design, or interaction.
- Experience designing for developer, B2B, or technical audiences in a technology-driven environment.
- Mastery of modern design tools such as Figma.
- Distinctive visual judgment, original ideas, a self-starting approach, and openness to feedback.
- Experience using AI tools as part of a creative practice and collaborating with engineers on buildable designs.
Nice to have
- Ability to prototype or bring ideas to life with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React.
- Experience contributing to a design system or brand system at scale.
- Familiarity with , Git workflows, or the developer tools landscape.
