Program Security Representative (PSR) III (Cybersecurity)

Location: Onsite in Arlington, Virginia, United States. Requires U.S. citizenship, TS/SCI clearance, and the ability to attain TS/SCI with a CI polygraph. Travel: 10–25%.

Salary: $128,039–$173,229 per year.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day multidisciplinary security support for Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities.
• Develop, execute, and improve policies and procedures for safeguarding classified and sensitive information.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, risks, and procedural shortfalls across test, training, and operational activities.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-up reviews, close-outs, and corrective-action tracking.
• Investigate loss, compromise, or suspected compromise of classified information and prepare preliminary inquiries and damage assessments.
• Brief government and civilian personnel, support security awareness training, and provide leadership and mentoring to team members.

Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience.
• At least 2 years of Special Access Program experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area, or an associate degree plus two years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• TS/SCI clearance required to start.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Knowledge of NISPOM, DoD security policy, DCID, ICD, SAP policy, physical security operations, and security systems.
