Director, MIS – Software Applications (AI)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; office attendance required 4 days per week

Base salary: $251,000–$275,000 per year, plus RSU grants and competitive benefits.

hirify.global develops low-power AI system-on-chip platforms and software for physical edge AI applications, including security, vehicles, drones, and robotics.

What you will do

• Advise senior leaders and functional stakeholders on enterprise technology priorities and measurable business value.
• Lead enterprise platforms covering ERP, HRIS, CRM, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and custom business applications.
• Define and execute the enterprise applications strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee the full application lifecycle from requirements and design through testing, deployment, and support.
• Lead global applications teams and manage system integrators, software vendors, and outsourcing partners.
• Own the applications budget, vendor contracts, total cost of ownership, service quality, and business continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive enterprise application management experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Deep experience with ERP, HRIS, Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, and complex system integrations.
• Experience with Workday, Oracle 12, Azure, and Adaptive.
• Strong knowledge of IT governance, SOX controls, data security, compliance, and internal IT controls.
• Ability to work from the Santa Clara offices 4 days per week.
