Social Content Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, Dogpatch

Salary: $100,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Own daily content production across X and LinkedIn, including original posts, threads, replies, and content derived from engineering work.
• Develop and maintain hirify.global's editorial point of view, voice, publishing boundaries, and technical positioning.
• Use native social tools and AI-assisted drafting while applying independent editorial judgment.
• Build content hypotheses around hooks, audiences, and timing, then track their performance.
• Deliver weekly performance readouts and iterate on the editorial calendar based on engagement quality.
• Extract strong content ideas from customer emails, sales call transcripts, Slack threads, and flagship engineering posts.

Requirements

• Experience building a social presence for a personal brand or company that earned attention organically.
• Ability to produce high-volume content and make clear decisions about B2B SaaS social content.
• Strong understanding of what makes technical and engineering-focused social content effective.
• Ability to explain why recent posts from other accounts were successful and identify relevant audience trends.
• Digital fluency and comfort working quickly with AI tools while retaining editorial ownership.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.

• Experience leading social content at an engineering-first company such as Vercel, Linear, Anthropic, or Notion.
• Experience as an indie creator or writer with a technical audience.
• Experience as a founder or early operator who built a notable personal brand.
