Annual base salary: $107,500–$180,000

What you will do

• Develop long-term content strategies for strategic narratives and flagship initiatives.
• Create, write, optimize, and repurpose thought leadership, blogs, webinars, customer stories, and campaign assets across audiences, channels, and buyer-journey stages.
• Build connected content ecosystems linking research, customer stories, webinars, campaigns, and supporting resources.
• Design scalable content systems, planning frameworks, and AI-enabled workflows that preserve narrative consistency.
• Partner with Global Campaigns, Field Marketing, Digital, Product Marketing, and Creative to operationalize content across programs, regions, languages, and channels.
• Lead webinar content strategy, monitor content performance and adoption, and recommend future content opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, integrated marketing, or a related B2B marketing role.
• Experience creating long-form thought leadership, blogs, webinars, customer stories, and campaign assets.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, project management, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience applying generative AI tools and workflows to research, content creation, ideation, or process optimization.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for executive and practitioner audiences and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience building integrated content strategies, content ecosystems, scalable content systems, or content architecture.
• Experience measuring content performance, supporting executive thought leadership or major research initiatives, and adapting content across regions.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or customer experience software.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled content workflows and prompt engineering.
