Senior Ecosystem Marketing Manager (Web3)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or New York; office attendance is expected 3 times per week.

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 per year, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and own ecosystem marketing strategy across chains, protocols, infrastructure providers, channel partners, customers, and TradFi institutions.
• Build strategic relationships with ecosystem players and create mutual distribution opportunities.
• Execute joint campaigns, co-branded content, events, workshops, panels, executive roundtables, and thought leadership programs.
• Activate partner channels such as newsletters, events, social media, and developer communities to expand reach and brand awareness.
• Track TradFi adoption of blockchain and emerging areas including stablecoins, RWA tokenization, deposit tokens, institutional staking, and agentic commerce.
• Maintain an ecosystem map and report on partner engagement, campaign performance, brand awareness, and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ecosystem marketing, partner marketing, or strategic marketing within crypto, blockchain, or developer infrastructure.
• Existing relationships across chains, protocols, infrastructure providers, and other Web3 industry players.
• Proven success developing and scaling ecosystem or partner marketing strategies with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience with joint campaigns, co-marketing programs, partner events, and distribution channels.
• Strong understanding of L1s, L2s, DeFi, infrastructure, wallets, developer tooling, and TradFi blockchain adoption.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience at a blockchain infrastructure company, chain foundation, or developer platform.
• Marketing experience with both Web3-native and enterprise or TradFi audiences.
• Familiarity with RPC, Smart Wallets, Rollups, and Cortex.
• Experience with major cloud or technology channel partnerships such as AWS or GCP.
• Developer relations, developer-focused marketing, or influence within Crypto Twitter/X and Web3 communities.
