Associate, Growth Marketing (Web3)

Location: Must be based in New York City, NY (Hybrid: in-person twice a week)

Salary: $82,500 – $110,000

What you will do

• Own end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for advanced trading, stocks, and perpetuals.
• Translate complex technical features into compelling narratives for retail and professional audiences.
• Create content and campaigns specifically for developers, quants, and DeFi power users.
• Lead marketing for developer-focused programs, including hackathons and trading competitions.
• Build and manage relationships with developer communities and Discord ecosystems.
• Monitor funnel performance and use onchain analytics to inform product decisions.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in growth, product, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in crypto, fintech, or dev-tools.
• Must be located in New York City (NYC).
• Deep familiarity with DeFi, onchain trading products, or developer ecosystems.
• Strong written communication skills for crafting crisp copy for technical audiences.
• Fluency across the modern AI stack to build AI-first marketing systems.
• Comfort with data analysis to measure performance and drive decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience running hackathons, ambassador programs, or community-led growth initiatives.
