Activation Marketer, Drinking Water Filtration (US and Canada)

Location: Remote, United States. Travel: 30% domestic/international. Relocation assistance may be authorized. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Compensation: $96,000–$132,000 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Execute marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, customer engagement activities, and channel marketing programs.
• Create sales enablement materials, newsletters, email campaigns, case studies, presentations, training materials, and customer-facing resources.
• Support distributor, dealer, reseller, and other channel partner marketing initiatives, including co-branded programs and brand compliance.
• Maintain sales enablement platforms and content repositories with accurate, current marketing materials.
• Plan and coordinate tradeshows, webinars, customer events, sales meetings, and post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, marketing colleagues, channel partners, and external vendors while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field and three years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma/GED and seven years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience may include marketing, sales enablement, channel marketing, field marketing, or communications.
• Strong written communication, presentation, public speaking, organization, project management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% and participate in customer, channel partner, sales, or industry events.

Nice to have

• Experience with activation marketing, distributor or reseller programs, CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement, or content management platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills and strong visual and design sensibility.
• Experience localizing marketing programs or communications for U.S. and Canadian markets.
