What you will do

• Design and develop accurate, complex, and scalable software applications.
• Build and automate solutions in collaboration with trading, sales, asset management, banking, finance, and other business partners.
• Develop reliable, scalable platforms for data engineering, machine learning, networking, developer tooling, and collaboration.
• Work with UI/UX designers, data scientists, cloud engineers, and other specialists in an agile environment.
• Apply technical analysis and problem-solving to support business and client insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 1+ years of software development experience.
• Strong object-oriented or functional analysis and design skills.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and performance-oriented design.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Expert knowledge in at least one area such as Java, C++, Python, concurrency and memory management, React/Angular/Redux with JavaScript, or NoSQL databases including MongoDB and Elasticsearch.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of or interest in front-office trading technologies.
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related field.
