Software Engineer, Internship

What you will do

• Build and ship software features for hirify.global Gotham, Foundry, or Apollo.
• Participate in the full product lifecycle, including idea generation, design, prototyping, execution, and release.
• Develop backend, frontend, data, and infrastructure components within small product-focused engineering teams.
• Work with engineers, product managers, designers, product reliability engineers, and business development teams.
• Understand user problems by collaborating directly with customers and domain experts.

Requirements

• Engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Experience coding in Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, frontend frameworks, and other technical tools.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with engineers, users, and non-technical colleagues.
• Willingness to learn, make independent decisions, and ask questions when needed.
• Must be planning to graduate in 2028 and have this as the final internship before graduation.

• Active US security clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain one.
