Software Engineer Intern

Location: Moscow, Idaho, United States; on-site

What you will do

• Support engineering projects through research, design, development, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, technical teams, and project managers to achieve project goals.
• Participate in solution design, prototyping, and scoping.
• Prepare technical documentation for engineering projects and processes.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, developing solutions with guidance from experienced engineers.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to expand technical knowledge and engineering skills.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with one or more programming languages, such as Python, Go, JavaScript, Rust, or C++.
• Understanding of basic software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with database concepts, including SQL, NoSQL, and relational databases.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, learn quickly, and adapt to new technical skills.
