What you will do

• Develop and manage quality improvement project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple complex projects and report project status to upper management.
• Identify process nonconformances and coordinate cross-functional teams to develop solutions.
• Facilitate or lead kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply Six Sigma and 8D methodologies to standardize processes across the enterprise.
• Gather process data, monitor performance, and produce statistical reports.

Requirements

• 7+ years of quality engineering experience.
• Project management experience, including project planning and stakeholder coordination.
• Practical and theoretical expertise in quality management systems and process controls.
• Ability to analyze data and perform statistical analysis to identify significant factors.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and quality requirements in a manufacturing environment.
• American Society for Quality Certified Quality Engineer certification.
