Senior Loyalty & CRM Specialist EMEA

What you will do

• Lead the strategic development, execution, and optimization of loyalty and CRM programs for Lee and Wrangler across EMEA.
• Own the CRM roadmap across digital and physical direct-to-consumer touchpoints, including marketing, e-commerce, and retail.
• Plan, build, and optimize email campaigns, lifecycle journeys, automated workflows, and SMS programs.
• Manage the EMEA Customer Data Platform, including customer-data ingestion, integration, governance, segmentation, and activation.
• Design loyalty tiers, rewards, benefits, and member communications to improve engagement, retention, lifetime value, and advocacy.
• Track CRM, SMS, email, and loyalty KPIs; run A/B tests and present performance insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in CRM, loyalty marketing, or customer retention within e-commerce or retail.
• Expertise in CRM platforms, loyalty programs, and Customer Data Platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or BlueConic.
• Strong analytical, segmentation, personalization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven project-management experience leading initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional digital and retail teams.
• Fluent English required; another European language is an advantage.
