Total compensation: $90,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead strategic infrastructure and technology projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, align priorities, remove obstacles, and resolve delivery challenges.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, resources, performance, and accountability.
• Improve project processes and delivery effectiveness to increase productivity and business value.
• Translate business needs into actionable plans and scalable solutions supporting clients and organizational goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex projects from initiation through execution and achieving successful business outcomes.
• Strong expertise in project planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, and delivery governance.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams while managing changing priorities and competing demands.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and project management collaboration tools.

Nice to have

• SAFe certification and experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Familiarity with Harness, Jenkins, or Bamboo.
• Experience supporting technology initiatives in payments, financial technology, or related industries.
