Risk & Compliance Project Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States

Base compensation: $99,000–$125,000 USD per year, plus a discretionary annual variable target incentive.

What you will do

• Manage project scope, timelines, costs, resources, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies for risk, compliance, cybersecurity, and clinical safety initiatives.
• Lead compliance improvement and cross-functional projects across interdepartmental teams and third-party partners.
• Maintain project schedules, plans, tasks, governance, steering, change control, and regular management reporting.
• Use approved AI tools, MS Project, MS Office, JIRA, and Confluence to improve planning, reporting, risk analysis, documentation, communication, and delivery efficiency.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled solutions aligned with organizational policies, security requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Lead planning sessions and lessons-learned activities while advising project members on best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience managing projects involving risk, compliance, cybersecurity, or related organizational initiatives.
• Ability to manage project scope, schedules, costs, resources, risks, dependencies, and change control.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party partners against defined timelines.
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, MS Office, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Ability to apply AI tools responsibly in project management, risk analysis, compliance, and cybersecurity contexts.
