Location: Fully remote within the United States

Annual base salary: $263,340–$309,870 in New York City and Boston; $274,100–$322,500 in the San Francisco Bay Area; $239,400–$281,700 in Salt Lake City and other U.S. locations. Additional annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits are available.

What you will do

• Advance frontier AI research for scalable biomedical discovery.
• Develop end-to-end AI applications across drug discovery, design, and translation.
• Apply AI to multimodal biological and clinical data and complex biomedical hypotheses.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, biologists, physicians, and drug discovery specialists.
• Translate research innovations into real-world medicines and precision-health applications.

Requirements

• PhD in machine learning, NLP, computer vision, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of frontier AI research experience.
• Experience working with large datasets and cross-functional AI projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for real-world applications and measurable impact.

Nice to have

• Experience in biomedicine and drug discovery.
• Willingness to learn biomedical applications and domain-specific methods.
