What you will do

• Evaluate and understand the existing web platform architecture.
• Refactor and harden the codebase for rapid, reliable iteration.
• Build end-to-end product features with a focus on user experience and engagement.
• Establish lightweight processes for code review, deployment, and documentation.
• Collaborate directly with the technical product manager, design lead, founders, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Extend the product into mobile development as the roadmap evolves.

Requirements

• Advanced conversational English required for all collaboration.
• Strong full-stack engineering experience with modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Experience refactoring or hardening an existing early-stage codebase.
• Ability to ship quickly with sufficient architecture without over-engineering.
• Experience translating product vision into working software and communicating blockers early.
• Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, PostHog, or similar, and AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.

Nice to have

• Experience building consumer-facing B2C products with high user engagement.
• Mobile development experience, native or cross-platform.
• Experience in a 0-to-1 startup environment with a small, fast-moving team.
