Fullstack Super SWE (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada, or onsite in San Mateo, California; remote employees must work onsite in San Mateo for one week out of six.

Salary: $200,000–$275,000 annually, plus equity.

hirify.global is building Archie, an AI engineer agent for the physical world that uses agentic systems, structured design representations, continual skills learning, and custom post-trained models.

What you will do

• Build the core product platform used to develop and ship Archie.
• Own end-to-end product features across architecture, backend, frontend, deployment, and reliability.
• Develop and adopt advanced coding-agent practices for the engineering workflow.
• Collaborate with forward-deployed engineers, AI researchers, software engineers, and founders to prototype and test new product concepts.
• Ship continuously, respond to customer feedback, and iterate rapidly on the product.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering experience across architecture, infrastructure, backend, frontend, and related areas.
• Experience taking products or significant features from concept through production and explaining engineering decisions.
• Ability to own ambiguous problems and deliver quickly in a fast-moving environment.
• Demonstrated technical ability through products, open-source work, personal projects, technical writing, or other created artifacts.
• Strong interest in using the latest AI products to improve development efficiency and code quality.
