Company

hirify.global is a technology startup building Physical AI and autonomous transportation technologies for commercial autonomous trucks and robotaxis.

What you will do

  • Develop software and firmware for Hardware-in-the-Loop benches, including test runners, simulation interfaces, fault-injection tools, and bench control software.
  • Build simulation and stimulation tooling for synthetic vehicle dynamics, CAN messages, and automotive Ethernet interactions with embedded modules.
  • Implement requirement-based automated tests covering timing, fault handling, mode transitions, and disengagements on real hardware.
  • Integrate HIL test execution into CI pipelines with test-modality tracking and result reporting.
  • Develop instrumentation and data-acquisition software for hardware timestamping, analog triggers, and endurance-run analysis.
  • Bring up bench configurations, debug hardware/software interactions, support Embedded, Autonomy, and V&V engineers, and document test data.

  • Strong Python programming skills and working proficiency in C, C++, or Rust for embedded or real-time contexts.
  • Hands-on experience with CAN and automotive Ethernet, including message injection, logging, and debugging.
  • Experience building test automation frameworks, integrating hardware tests into CI pipelines, and working with oscilloscopes, DAQs, power supplies, and electronic loads.
  • Strong Linux proficiency and excellent technical writing skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with RTOS, real-time Linux, plant modeling, or vehicle dynamics simulation.
  • Familiarity with ISO 26262 and safety MCU architectures.
  • Experience developing operator GUIs or dashboards with PyQt or web-based tools.
  • Firmware development experience on automotive microcontrollers.

Culture & Benefits

  • Full-time employment with a hybrid work arrangement.
