What you will do
- Own the product vision and roadmap for a consumer-facing application from early stage onward.
- Act as delivery lead, coordinating with a design lead and full-stack builders.
- Define and prioritize features that improve engagement, retention, and virality.
- Translate ideas from a non-technical founding team into clear, buildable product direction.
- Use product analytics to understand user behavior and guide product iteration.
- Apply strong design sensibility to create a polished and intentional user experience.
Requirements
- Advanced conversational English is required; all collaboration takes place in English.
- Proven Product Management experience with highly engaging consumer-facing B2C applications.
- Strong product taste and design sensibility, with the ability to partner closely with design.
- Technical fluency and interest in building features with AI when needed.
- Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude or PostHog to track engagement, funnels, and virality.
- Ability to operate in a 0-to-1 environment and act as a delivery lead rather than only a backlog manager.
Nice to have
- Experience with consumer apps containing strong social, video, or content components.
- Experience working directly with founders at early-stage startups.
- Familiarity with growth and virality mechanics in mobile-first products.
