Location: USA; fully remote with flexible start times

What you will do
- Research client projects and identify valuable opportunities for applying AI.
- Form product hypotheses, conduct discovery, and evaluate the business value of AI initiatives.
- Define MVPs and development roadmaps, managing products from concept through scaling.
- Coordinate developers, engineers, analysts, and other delivery team members.
- Coordinate the implementation of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and custom AI agents.
- Measure solution effectiveness using ROI, time savings, efficiency gains, and user value.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience as a Product Manager, AI Product Manager, Project Manager, or Operations Manager.
- Practical experience implementing AI solutions or automating business processes.
- Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of modern LLMs, including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
- Experience with discovery, product hypotheses, MVP definition, prioritization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders, plus preparing product and technical documentation.
- Spoken English: B2 or higher.
