Location: Kalamazoo, Michigan, United States

Salary: $230,000–$280,000 per year, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus and eligibility for an annual incentive.

What you will do

• Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at an assigned hirify.global Center.
• Deliver preventive care and manage acute and chronic conditions for adults and children.
• Build long-term patient relationships through 30–40 minute appointments and smaller panels of approximately 800–1,000 patients.
• Use electronic medical records and population management tools to support clinical quality and outcomes.
• Collaborate with at least two Advanced Practice Providers and other interdisciplinary care professionals.
• Promote patient engagement, wellness, and high-touch service in a capitated-fee care model.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency.
• Professional experience in Family Practice or Internal Medicine with Pediatrics.
• Board certification or eligibility with intent to certify.
• Active state medical license required; DEA certification preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.
• A dispensing license may be required under state regulations.
