IT Project Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in Lincoln, Nebraska; candidates must live within 30 miles of an office and work onsite three days per week. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance are required. Candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Manage complex IT projects and one or more cross-functional project teams from inception through post-implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Lead requirements solicitation and definition while coordinating with client departments and external customers.
• Manage project staff and budget resources in response to changing business needs.
• Facilitate problem resolution, decision-making, troubleshooting, and project operations using industry-accepted methodologies.
• Coordinate systems testing, installation, training, support, and reporting against quality and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading developers, analysts, architects, and engineers, preferably in a matrix organization.
• Expert-level experience working with data in Excel and MS Project.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
• Proficiency in SharePoint and strong analytical, communication, technical teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• PMI certification.
• Experience with TFS, MS CRM, Access, other database utilities, or additional Microsoft technologies.
