Fullstack Developer (Vue/TypeScript)

Location: Remote. Company offices are located in New York City and Vancouver.

hirify.global provides a healthcare operations platform for MSK provider groups and specialty clinics, supporting patient acquisition, clinical workflows, and longitudinal patient engagement.

What you will do

• Build robust frontend applications with Vue.js 3.
• Develop realtime web applications for audio and SMS communications with patients.
• Build HTTP APIs in JavaScript and TypeScript using Express.
• Create and test internal TypeScript packages, including migrations from JavaScript.
• Integrate third-party services including Twilio, OpenAI, Databricks API, and AWS/GCP.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building highly available applications in regulated environments.
• Working knowledge of Vue 3, TypeScript, Node, Mongoose, and Express.
• Experience with monorepos, especially Turborepo.
• Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

Nice to have

• Healthcare technology or SaaS experience.
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or EHR systems.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
• Realtime streaming experience.
