What you will do

• Support the management of lending transactions throughout their lifecycle.
• Monitor credit quality by reviewing financial covenants and operating performance.
• Identify and resolve early warning signals indicating potential credit deterioration.
• Track market developments and assess their impact on the lending portfolio.
• Support operational excellence, regulatory readiness, portfolio optimization, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with front office, origination, advisory, Risk, Legal, back office, and support teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a master’s degree in a relevant business discipline.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, supported by good grades in relevant courses.
• Interest in the Energy, Infrastructure, and/or Real Estate sectors.
• Fluent English is required.
• Inclusive, committed, dedicated, and continuously improving approach.

Nice to have

• French or Dutch language skills.
