Cybersecurity Enterprise Architect (AI Security)

Location: Centennial, Colorado, United States. Hybrid work is available for associates within 30 miles of an office, with remote work part of the week and regular in-office presence. United States citizenship and current authorization to work in the United States are required; security clearance must be obtained and maintained.

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 annually, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Architect and implement secure-by-design cybersecurity solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
• Define security standards for cloud adoption, container security, IAM, network segmentation, CSPM, and AI/ML integrations.
• Design and govern secure AI/ML lifecycles, including model deployment, monitoring, data pipelines, and protection against model poisoning, adversarial inputs, and data exposure.
• Lead cloud migrations, SaaS evaluations, third-party integrations, and security architecture reviews.
• Collaborate with IT, CloudOps, Security, Data Science, and business units to align secure system design with enterprise goals.
• Provide technical leadership, communicate security strategy to executives, and mentor engineers and architects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security, including at least 5 years in leadership or architecture roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP, including cloud infrastructure design and native security tools.
• Experience securing large-scale, mission-critical enterprise environments across hybrid and multi-cloud architectures.
• Technical experience implementing IDS, IPS, EDR, and DLP technologies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain United States Government security clearance is required. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI security or machine learning governance.
• Previous experience as a lead engineer.
