Salary: $148,600–$261,400 base compensation annually, with possible commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Advise enterprise customers on securely adopting hirify.global Cloud AI capabilities.
• Lead architecture discussions focused on security posture, scalability, and resilience.
• Design and communicate AI security strategies aligned with enterprise security frameworks.
• Lead customer security reviews, audits, and technical assessments.
• Translate complex security architectures into practical guidance for technical and executive audiences.
• Guide remediation of vulnerabilities and penetration-testing findings while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, application security, or related technical security disciplines.
• Strong expertise in AWS security, cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, APIs, and modern SaaS security models.
• Experience securing enterprise cloud environments and cloud-native applications, including practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Hands-on application of the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, OWASP Agentic AI Security Guidance, and modern AI security practices.
• Deep knowledge of identity and access management, encryption, data protection, DevSecOps, SIEM, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence.
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, including experience with enterprise security assessments, audits, or customer-facing engagements.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI red teaming, adversarial testing, or AI model evaluation frameworks.
• AWS Security Specialty, CISSP, CCSP, GIAC, or similar certification.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and security automation.
• Background in SaaS or cloud-native software organizations.
