IAM Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote - Texas, United States; first shift, 40 hours per week

What you will do

• Support and evolve IAM services covering authentication, authorization, session management, access requests, provisioning, certification, reauthorization, and role models.
• Gather technical requirements and assist with IAM technical design, architecture, strategy, and roadmap development.
• Plan authentication and authorization solutions with application groups during development.
• Support IAM infrastructure through performance monitoring, capacity management, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with business, security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement enterprise identity solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in an information security program.
• Experience working with regulatory compliance requirements such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or equivalent.
• Strong critical-thinking and troubleshooting skills, technical writing ability, and communication skills.
• Experience identifying, measuring, and mitigating network security risks.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, PIM, MFA, and SSO administration.
• IGA platforms, access workflows, RBAC, entitlement management, access certifications, SoD, and identity lifecycle management.
• PAM solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea.
• SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, Kerberos, LDAP, and SCIM.
• IAM integrations with Epic, Active Directory, HR systems, SaaS platforms, and compliance frameworks including NIST and SOX.
