Cybersecurity Staff Engineer - IAM (CIAM)

What you will do

• Design, implement, support, and enhance Customer Identity and Access Management solutions for registration, authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
• Develop customer authentication journeys, adaptive authentication, multifactor authentication, and self-service account management capabilities.
• Design and support SailPoint identity governance solutions covering provisioning, certification campaigns, access requests, and role management.
• Automate identity workflows, processes, and integrations using scripting, APIs, and related technologies.
• Integrate CIAM and SailPoint capabilities with customer-facing and enterprise applications in partnership with application, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Monitor identity platforms and improve their availability, performance, scalability, security, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, cybersecurity engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with CIAM platforms such as Okta/Auth0, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or Microsoft Entra External ID.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud or IdentityIQ.
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization technologies and experience integrating identity services with cloud and SaaS applications.
• Experience developing APIs, automation, and identity integrations with Python, PowerShell, Java, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently or in a team in a hybrid environment.
