Senior HSE Manager (Infrastructure)

Location: Al-Kharj and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; Saudi National required

hirify.global provides project management consultancy services for a major mixed-use infrastructure development, covering planning, controls, design and engineering management, and implementation of development and early works packages.

What you will do

• Develop the Health, Safety, Environmental and Security management policy and issue guidelines to design consultants and contractors.
• Review consultant and contractor HSE and security plans for compliance with project policies.
• Support implementation of HSE and security policies and procedures across the programme.
• Monitor consultant and contractor performance and report HSE statistics.
• Lead and direct programme managers and professional staff on HSE and security matters.
• Prepare and conduct formal audits, interface with regulatory HSE bodies, and implement performance improvement action plans.

Requirements

• Saudi National status required.
• BSc degree in engineering, architecture, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 15 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in a similar role.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the Middle East.
• NEBOSH General Certificate.
• Excellent report-writing and communication skills, experience with multinational teams, MS Office proficiency, and a full driving licence.

• Arabic language skills.
• Experience with major projects in the Middle East.
