Business Associate (AI)

What you will do

• Work directly with founders and leadership to translate data into strategic decisions affecting the P&L.
• Own the analytics lifecycle from raw data and external benchmarks to business recommendations.
• Identify and launch initiatives that improve efficiency, unit economics, and profitability.
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to uncover growth and monetization opportunities.
• Build business cases and analytical frameworks that shape strategic decisions.
• Drive strategic initiatives end-to-end and measure progress against business and margin outcomes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical skills in market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and data-driven recommendations.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, workflow automation, and analytical efficiency.
• Ability to work across cross-functional business contexts and understand how different areas connect.
• High ownership, high standards, and a track record of delivering high-quality results.

Nice to have

• Experience independently managing strategic projects from problem definition through implementation.
• Experience in investor relations, investor materials, M&A, fundraising, or other investment transactions.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools.
