Analytics Manager, Commercialization (AI)

Salary: $85,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Operate the internal AI-powered Commercial Brain, scope analyses, interrogate its reasoning, and identify errors and unstated assumptions.
• Review commercial analyses, document judgment calls, and measure expected outcomes against actual results.
• Reconcile sales data with platform ground truth, resolve data defects with providers, and maintain data trust.
• Analyze pricing, discounting, regional performance, and lifecycle dynamics across a portfolio of games.
• Build business cases for game forecasting, platform deals, bundles, ports, streaming, cloud gaming, and physical partnerships.
• Present commercial findings and recommendations to the Director of Commercial and executive leadership.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in analytics, commercial strategy, or a related field.
• Strong statistical foundations and the ability to identify confounding variables, aggregation errors, and methodological weaknesses.
• Basic financial modeling skills, including building business cases from first principles.
• Advanced Excel and experience turning large, messy datasets into clean, credible output.
• Ability to read and identify errors in Python and SQL.
• High autonomy, clear writing, intellectual honesty, and experience owning outcomes in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Games industry experience.
• Familiarity with AI tools and experience building or iterating AI-assisted workflows.
