Program Manager (Healthcare Technology)

Location: Fully remote within Canada, with occasional business travel generally no more than a few times per quarter. Requires reasonable business-hour coverage for customers across Eastern and Pacific time zones.

What you will do

• Lead multiple customer technology deployment programs from RFP and planning through delivery, go-live, and adoption.
• Translate contractual commitments and customer requirements into program plans, milestones, responsibilities, and success criteria.
• Coordinate internal teams, customer stakeholders, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services across interdependent workstreams.
• Run customer status meetings, working sessions, steering committees, and executive updates.
• Manage timelines, scope, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, escalations, and product or delivery gaps.
• Support RFP planning and contribute to improvements in program governance, delivery methods, documentation, and project management practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project or program management experience, including repeated ownership of complex technology deployments.
• Demonstrated experience with program governance, steering committees, and executive-level communications.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers, sponsors, senior leaders, and multiple internal teams.
• Ability to influence without direct authority, manage ambiguity and competing priorities, and maintain strong ownership and follow-through.
• Strong written and spoken English required; most customers are English-speaking and located outside Quebec.
• Must be based in Canada, support customers across Canadian time zones, and travel occasionally. A university degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, hospital environments, health technology, or another regulated industry.
• Experience delivering programs for government or other public-sector organizations.
• French-language skills.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Monday.com, or comparable project management platforms.
• PMP certification, graduate studies in project management, or experience improving PMO, governance, or delivery practices.
